Weekend lens

The anticipation on s Friday. I leave work so excited for the weekend. No routine and time to get things done. But... It's Sunday 6pm and I sit on the couch and realized two days have gone by and I didn't really do squat. But, that's ok. I hung out with my kids, drank really really good coffee and my car got new brakes. Sometimes weekends are there to relax and soak it all in rather than going 100 miles an hour.

Love life, regardless.

Changes..,

For the last three weeks I have been doing a new schedule at work 5am-2pm. It's been super awesome with having more time in the afternoon with kids. While Liam took a little nap when we got home, Mack and I curled up and watched a movie. I'm glad I have more time now to slow down and hand with the kids.

Liam's Baby Book W/ Project Life Kit for Him

Liam just turned 9 months old last week. I waited for the Baby Kit for what seem like forever. I received it in December and I just started working on his album about 3 weeks ago. I wanted to show the beginning pages. Of course it's easy to put together and everything falls into place.

and that is the start of it all. I'm so glad that I bought the month milestone stickers, it's really making me be accountable for taking monthly photos of Liam. I hope to have more pages of my progress when I carve out some more time to dig into them.

Have a great Thursday Night!

Let's be Real

I read this post by Jamie @ Walkin' in high cotton. She was wrote on her blog "is being postitive just really being fake?" This has got me thinking. There are some negative things that happen in my life that I choose not share on the ol blog. Why? What I'm a afraid of. Being judged. When I know for sure that everyone else has their issues and problems as much as I do. That's right. We all do.

I'm going to be real with you.

I'm 26 years old.
I'm a mother to a 4 1/2 year old and 9 month old.
I'm lazy just like any other person.
I'm a sleeper, and the hubs has to get up every night, to check on Mack or tuck her in.
I work 50-60 hour weeks at a desk in a office.
I'm stubborn and hate being wrong. Like "hate it"!
in that case, I'm alway's right
I'm a coffee and Diet Coke Addict
My family is near from perfect.
I have a pile of project's that I want to get done and I haven't
I leave dishes in the sink dirty
I struggle with anxiety
I'm a procrastinator
I worry about our debt and financial decisions.
I have to have the newest and latest Tech gadgets
I'm hard to love I'm sure
I'm independent
I volunteer my time in the community a lot
I over commit to things
I hardly ever cry
I can listen to songs over and over and not get bored of them
I'm no where near being perfect
I buy things for Mack before I buy anything for myself
I'm addicted to Scrap Booking

Now you know some truth behind the blogger that writes here.

Fav iPhone Apps, for Project Life

I can't believe for the first time ever, in the 3 years that I've been doing Project Life that I'm actually caught up and have manged to complete my week spreads on time.

Feels Good..

Anyway, I have some top Apps that I must have for Project Life on my phone. Here is my Project Life Folder.

First up Momento: Love this app, I take lot's of photos with Instagram, I tweet and Facebook all kinds of things about our lives and days that I just can't keep track. I've tried a PL journal, BIG Fail, never remembered to write in it. Love this app, because it does it all for you. Check it out.

Instacollage: This app is great for collaging your Instagram photos.

Overgram: Easy to use app to add text to your Instagram photos.

TimerCamera: This app is the best for you iPhone, it allows you to get into the photos. It's a timer for your phone love it.

Dblcam: This is newer to me, and I've played with it a couple of times. It takes a photo in front of you and automatically turns around and takes a photo of behind you. So, it really helps to capture what's going on in front of you and photo of the person that's recording and documenting the photo. It's cool check it out.

There are tons of apps out there. But, these are the ones that I actually use on a weekly basis. They are all important to my PL process.

What are your favorite apps you use for Project Life? Please Share!
